How do you ensure the quality and compliance of manufacturers?

Each manufacturer goes through an onboarding and verification process that includes validation of installed capacity and legal compliance of the company. During production, we enable quality control checkpoints with visual evidence and complete project traceability.

What happens if my order is delayed or does not meet specifications?

Our escrow payment system and milestone tracking protect your investment. In case of problems, we intervene to resolve disputes and minimize impacts. 50% of the payment is protected until compliant delivery.

How are payments made?

We use robust financial infrastructure to process secure and traceable payments. You can pay with card, transfer, or even access flexible financing. Invoices and receipts are automated and integrated.

Can I finance my orders or access working capital?

Yes. We offer financing for both buyers and manufacturers, with options for factoring, deferred payments, and credit lines, all managed within the same platform.

Where are the manufacturers located?

Our network consists mainly of manufacturers in Mexico, the United States, and Canada. This allows us to accelerate delivery times, reduce logistics costs, and strengthen traceability and regulatory compliance.

Does Made.in charge any commission or fee?

We work with a transparent model. A service commission of 2% to 6% per project is charged, which covers the use of the platform, secure payments, support, operational guarantee, and tracking.
